  1. I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
    Simply go to the website as usual. You will be asked to enter your member ID and password. Click on the “Forgot Password” button and you will be asked to enter your email address and member ID. You will then be provided with a new password by email.

  2. How much does membership of Blue Oval Club cost?

    Blue Oval Club is provided by Ford of Ireland and membership is free. By completing and signing the enrolment form you agree to increase your annual Ford Parts Sales with your contracting Ford Parts Dealer, by the agreed percentage compared with the previous trading year. In return you will receive the special services and privileges provided by the Blue Oval Club and detailed in your Ford Parts Dealer’s Service Level Agreement. A new sales objective will be agreed annually.

  3. How do I order more point-of-sale material?

    Simply contact your Sales Rep or Ford Parts Dealer (named on your Service Level Agreement) and they will happily provide you with whatever point-of-sale material you require.

  4. Can my membership of Blue Oval Club be terminated?

    Your membership can be terminated at any time: by yourself, by your Ford Parts Dealer or by Ford of Ireland.

  5. How do I qualify for special discounts?

    As a Blue Oval Club member you receive preferred discounts on many Ford high demand products, at all participating Ford Parts Dealers. Your Ford Parts Dealer will send you the Focus Products flyer regularly to inform you about exclusive member discounts.

  6. How do I access Ford Ecat+ and Ford Etis?

    If you do not already have access to Ford Ecat+ simply contact your Ford Parts Dealer or visit the Ford Ecat+ website

  7. Can I order from different Ford Parts Dealers?

    Yes you can. Your membership card guarantees your entitlement to exclusive Blue Oval Club discounts and other Club benefits, whichever Ford Parts Dealer you order from.

  8. What happens if I do not reach my target?

    Your sales representative will contact you to identify the critical reasons for not reaching your target, and to work with you to develop a plan to help you get back on track.
